Veggie Pizza Base

Sneaking veggies into pizza bases is what I do best!!! YES, eating well takes effort but why wouldn't you give yourself the best. You're worth every bite!


  • 120g almond meal

  • 40g coconut flour

  • 65g flaxseed, ground fine

  • 65g sunflower seed, ground fine

  • 20g psyllium husk

  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • 100g carrot pulp

  • 150g capsicum pulp

  • 70g zucchini pulp

  • 2 Tbsp coconut oil

  • 1/2 a lemon squeezed

  • 1/4 cup of water



  1. Grind up seeds to a flour then add salt and mix well

  2. Combine the ground up seeds, almond meal and coconut flour together then set aside

  3. Add the carrot, capsicum, and zucchini pulp to a blender with oil and water then puree.

  4. Pour the veggie puree mixture into the flour mix and combine to make your dough.

  5. Roll out the dough and put onto a baking tray lined with paper

  6. Add another layer of baking paper on top of dough and bake for 40 minutes or until crisp.

  7. Top pizza base with delicious toppings.  


I like to bake seeds under 150 degrees but if in a hurry baking at a higher temperature is an option.
